By participating in our coaching program, you acknowledge that real estate involves inherent risk and agree to use your own judgment in applying any strategies or advice.

By enrolling in ACE Group Coaching, you agree to a month-to-month membership with no long-term contract. Your payment grants you access to the coaching plan and associated materials for the month paid. No refunds will be issued under any circumstance; however, you will retain access to your plan for the remainder of your paid month. Membership can be canceled at any time by emailing Mark@SoldOurHome.com, and cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing period. Unauthorized sharing or distribution of coaching content is prohibited and may result in termination of access without refund.

We collect only the information necessary to provide coaching services, process payments, and communicate with you about your account or program updates. Your data will never be sold or shared with third parties except as required to fulfill your membership services (e.g., payment processing). We use secure systems to store and protect your information.
